Coffee Time At Eelbrook

Saturdays call for a nice cup of coffee, an Andrea Camilleri book and I am automatically in high spirits. Amazing weather would significantly help, but my money is on my mood as the London forecast is always disappointing me. Eelbrook restaurant by Eel Brook Common on New King's Road is a favourite of mine. It is a few minutes walk from my flat and I love the green scenery around it.

The Designer, Haruo Morishima has worked for stylist Alan Yau on Yauatcha and Wagamama and the cool, clean lines and open windows give a sense of absolute calmness.

Afternoon Tea at The Mandarin Oriental

It's been a long time since I last wrote a post for the blog. Well, life has been wonderful and quite hectic at times so there had been so little time to manage everything! A few months ago I visited the Rosebery Lounge at Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge  for the quintessential British experience: Afternoon Tea!

With an extensive selection of the finest teas from around the world including Oriental Afternoon Blend, Orange Pekoe from Sri Lanka and the Golden Monkey leaf from China you are spoiled for choice. Take a loved one and visit the Lounge for a truly British memorable occasion.
