My February Reading Wrap-Up: Thrillers, Tears, and Late-Night Reads

February might be the shortest month of the year, but between the chilly weather, my holiday to Singapore and quiet evenings indoors, it was the perfect excuse to get lost in some amazing books.

I just posted a super quick wrap-up over on my YouTube channel, but I wanted to sit down and share a slightly closer look at the five books that made up my February reading list. From gripping thrillers to atmospheric late-night reads, it was a pretty eclectic month!

📚 The February Book List

1. Night People by Mark Ronson This one had such a unique rhythm to it, and I loved the pacing.

2. Woman Down by Colleen Hoover If you know Colleen Hoover, you know to expect an emotional rollercoaster. This book definitely delivered on the drama and left me staring at the wall for a good ten minutes after I turned the last page.

3. Vanish by Tess Gerritsen I was in the mood for a fast-paced thriller, and Tess Gerritsen never disappoints. The suspense in this was so intense—it was one of those books where I kept telling myself, "Just one more chapter" until it was way past my bedtime.

4. Goodnight Tokyo by Atsuhiro Yoshida This was an absolute highlight for me this month. There is something so beautifully quiet and atmospheric about Japanese literature. Following the intertwining lives of characters through the late hours of the night in Tokyo felt incredibly cozy and perfectly matched my introvert energy while commuting on the tube this week.

5. Never Flinch by Stephen King You can't go wrong with the master of suspense. This brought all the classic, edge-of-your-seat tension you'd expect. A great, gripping read to round out the month.

What did you read this month?

I'm always looking to add to my TBR (To Be Read) pile. Let me know in the comments below what your favorite read of February was!
