When In Greece, Drink Greek Coffee!

It has been a while since I last dedicated myself to a blog post but here I am :-). Last month I was in Greece for my niece's baptism (I was the proud godmother) and it's been a fairly busy month. I must confess that I performed my duties with success in the sense that the oil covered the baby all over and I managed not to drop her, as this was my main fear!

Other than that, I enjoyed lots of Greek coffee as always, great food, family, friends and the sea. The weather was fairly good and it was a nice break from London.

At the airport... This was my new B's first trip :-)
I feel happy with a coffee and a book
Enjoying a night out with a glass of wine and lots of Greek music
And another glass...
After the wine, here comes coffee
And koulouri...
And koboloi...
And tsoureki...

Oh this sea..
Remembering the words of the Greek writer, Nikos Kazantzakis: "I felt once more how simple and frugal a thing is happiness: a glass of wine, a roast chestnut, a wretched little brazier, the sound of the sea. Nothing else."

Getting ready...
Relaxing after the big day by the sea.... I think I have earned my coffee!

With my cousin...
Everything blue
...
I hope spring is treating you all very well!!

Have a great weekend!
