Hello everyone and welcome to my personal blog. Here you will find posts of the things that I truly love. Fashion news, books that I am reading, theatrical plays, places I visit and anything that puts a smile on my face. Thank you so much for visiting :)
Easter is fast approaching and the Harrods window displays are dressed to look the part. The beautiful displays showcase the fascinating world of Faberge from its famed Imperial Easter Eggs to today's contemporary jewellery creations. This is part of the store's Faberge Easter collaboration including an exquisite salon and exhibition space set up in store to celebrate the art of gifting until Monday 21st April.
Faberge Imperial Easter Eggs are considered masterpieces of the jeweller's art. They are now held at the world's most prominent museums and distinguished private collections from the Kremlin in Moscow and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York to the British Royal Collection and the Prince of Monaco's collection.
I had the joy of visiting the Faberge Salon yesterday morning on a private tour, having breakfast and admiring the fabulous exhibition. The egg bar was my favourite spot. This is dedicated to Faberge's vast array of fabulous egg pendants. The contemporary pieces come in a variety of vibrant colours, including exquisite guilloche enamel, delicate gem-set scrolls and stylish spirals.

Make sure to visit the salon this Easter which is located at Door 9 on the Ground Floor and you will not be disappointed.
