Time for Jogging

London is playing hide and seek with spring.... One day it is sunny and lovely and the other it is just typically cloudy and moody. The temperature has slightly gone up though and that is all I need to put on my trainers and my jogging leggings and vent to Bishops Park. 

I went for a run last Tuesday (it had been so long) and I enjoyed it so much. The next day I was feeling like I was broken but this is part of the game. Once, I get back to it in full swing I will feel a lot better. What is your exercice regime now that the weather is getting better? Are you a fan of the outdoors?
